North Wales Police contacted 3D Lockers with a requirement for bespoke police lockers as their current supplier was unable to carry on manufacturing them. A bespoke locker is often required in certain environments such as the police force and 3D Lockers were able to help.
We provided non-standard 6 tier metal lockers with a service door and CS Canister holders in each compartment. The service door enables supervisors to access all compartments and be able to replenish supplies for officers CS canisters. Individual users have access to their own compartment only, for storing personal items, radio airwaves, cameras, mobile phones and even a small firearm. The metal lockers have door grommet holes to provide viewing of contents for security and sloping tops were supplied to keep litter from collecting above the lockers.
All our metal lockers and police lockers can be manufactured as standard duty lockers or heavy duty guage steel lockers as in our stronghold range. An anti-bacterial powder coated paint finish is included to help prevent hte spread of harmful germs in the workplace.
These bespoke police lockers underlines 3D Lockers' abilities to manufacture bespoke requirements for the police force and have the right solution for the police forces throughout the UK. Since the original order, North Wales Police have gone on to place another 4 orders for stations around North Wales. They will be back for more of our unique lockers in the future.
