30 Day Accounts
We accept purchase orders and can offer 30-day credit for any of the below organisations. If you would like to place an order with us simply send your order to email@example.com or you can fax on 01924 261677. We will invoice you on delivery of your goods.

Yes, whether you purchase online or over the phone you will receive a full VAT receipt invoice via email.
If by some chance you haven't received this, please contact us via email @ email@example.com to request a copy VAT invoice.
Dependent on delivery country and with the necessary proof of shipping some goods will be zero rated for VAT purposes. Please contact us for further information. All goods for delivery within UK will be subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. VAT will be added at the checkout.
If you are ordering less than 10 units, then our online price is already very competitive. We check our prices against our competitors on a regular basis so you can rest assured that you are getting the best deal. From time to time we offer special promotions, so look out for those great online savings!

Unfortunately we are a business to business company and are not set up for domestic deliveries.
We are sorry if this is the case, but don't worry. It is important that you contact us as soon as possible, preferably with the following information;
- Screenshots of any error messages you get
- A description of the problem and what time the error occured
Please do not assume that orders have or have not completed successfully. It's always best to contact us to make certain of your order status.
You will also need to check your emails for any order acknowledgements from us. Also make sure that you check your spam or junk folders as they can drop into here too.
If you think you have ordered twice in error, please contact us straight away. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any orders placed in error and not reported within 24 hours of order placement. Our terms and conditions for cancellation and returns would apply.

Provided your order hasn't already progressed into production, we will be happy to assist you with any changes wherever possible.

It's really important that you check the size of the product you have ordered before placing an order. The vast majority of our products are made to order which means that once you have received the item, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
