What is Nesting?

A series of lockers of the same overall dimensions, sharing common side panels, manufactured and supplied fitted together. Lockers are available as single Nest 1, Nest 2 or Nest 3 units.

Locker nesting brings efficiencies in manufacture, delivery, installation and space utilisation. Nested lockers can be joined with bolts to create longer runs of lockers.

What Is a Locker Run?

A series of nested lockers connected together. May be a single depth run, sited against a wall, or a back-to-back run (as an ‘island’ block) opening onto two aisles.

What Are Tiers?

Tiers are the variable number of enclosed vertical storage levels contained within the locker unit. Tiers may also be expressed as the number of doors or compartments within the locker.

Product description:

The Aluminium Stands for Zenbox Lockers lift lockers 150mm off the ground, making cleaning and maintenance easier. For a polished and complete look, you can choose an optional matching laminate plinth to box in the stand, seamlessly finishing the design. These stands not only enhance hygiene but also add a sleek, professional appearance to your locker area. Perfect for high-traffic environments, they combine functionality and style with ease. Adjustable feet for uneven flooring.

Choose the correct size to suit your lockers from the drop down box:

Widths: 300mm or 400mm

Depths: 400mm, 450mm or 500mm

An optional plinth can be added. Plinths are sent separately to fit on site and will match the colour you have chosen on your lockers.

* Nearest off-loading point determined by driver. Driver not insured to carry up any stairs. Single driver vehicle - assistance will be required for off-loading for larger orders.

Delivery

Standard Delivery Leadtime
Estimated delivery is 21-28 working days. Leadtimes quoted are in indication only, and may increase/decrease depending on manufacturing capacity at time of order. Larger orders may take longer than the estimated delivery leadtime.

Standard Delivery Day and Time
The vast majority of deliveries are made anyday Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Specific Day and Timed Deliveries
On certain products, it may be possible to request a particular day or time for delivery at additional cost. Please contact us for further information and pricing.

Standard Delivery Cost (UK Mainland)
FREE DELIVERY is available on the vast majority of products for orders over £150.00+vat. A £25.00+vat carriage charge will be applied if the order value falls under this amount.

Scottish postcodes including HIghlands and Islands, Truro and Belfast are also exempt from free delivery on certain products. Please check product page for further information and contact us for pricing.

Delivery (Non UK Mainland)
Delivery to extremities and offshore locations is available by arrangement and at an extra cost.

Delivery To Home Addresses: Sorry but we DO NOT deliver to home addresses at this time. If we deem a delivery is to a home address, we will automatically cancel and refund the order within 5 working days.

Delivery Restrictions
Please advise of any delivery restrictions (opening times and vehicle access sizes) prior to order. Failed deliveries will be chargeable.

Please note delivery is to a ground floor entrance or nearest offloading point only which maybe kerbside only. Driver's are not insured to distribute goods around a building or use lifts.

Off loading preparation
For larger orders, assistance will be required in offloading.
